Essential Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and report any changes
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
- Respond promptly to emergencies and update care plans as needed
