Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent nursing care for patients in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units
• Monitor patient conditions, using advanced telemetry equipment to track vital signs and cardiovascular activity
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patients’ conditions, performing thorough assessments and providing timely interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs
• Accurately document nursing actions and patient responses in electronic health records

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum of one year experience in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical nursing
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and protocols
