Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum one year recent experience in Telemetry, Med Surg, or Tele units
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Strong assessment and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-focused nursing care in Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changing patient conditions
• Administer medications and manage IVs per protocols
• Communicate updates to patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document timely and accurate patient information
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives
