Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Proficient with cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and telemetry equipment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, conduct frequent patient assessments, and intervene as needed
• Administer medications, IVs, and draw labs in accordance with protocols
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care promptly and accurately
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge needs
