Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry or Step-Down/Progressive Care
• Proven competence with cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and responding to cardiac emergencies
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
