Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry
• Proven ability to assess, monitor, and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessment and monitoring of patients on Telemetry units
• Promptly recognize and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms and patient conditions
• Administer medications and collaborate in developing care plans
• Document patient progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding cardiac care and recovery
