Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 pm – 7:30 am shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Telemetry experience
• Proficiency interpreting cardiac rhythms and monitoring patients
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to a variety of telemetry patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status with keen attention to vital signs and rhythm changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Provide patient and family education related to cardiac care and discharge planning
