Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and document telemetry patients’ cardiac activity
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and communicate with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed
- Interpret ECG rhythms and initiate interventions as needed
- Educate patients and families regarding cardiac care and symptom management
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical staff
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
