Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Telemetry unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, medications, and care strategies
- Respond efficiently to acute changes in patient conditions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
