Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) - Claremont, NH

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Float Pool RN to provide exceptional care within a dynamic healthcare environment. In this contract role, you’ll utilize your diverse clinical expertise across medical-surgical and telemetry units while supporting patient care initiatives. This position offers a rotating shift schedule, with options for days or nights, allowing for flexibility to meet your needs.

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts
• Both day and night shifts available

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proficiency in Med Surg, Telemetry, and RN Tele roles
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered per facility guidelines)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to float between Med Surg and Telemetry units as needed

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding promptly to critical changes
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and provide bedside patient care
