Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (in good standing)
- Previous experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg strongly desired
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care within Telemetry and Medical Surgical units
- Continually assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs and responses
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for potential adverse effects
- Communicate care plans and progress to physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families
- Participate actively in implementing and evaluating individualized patient care plans
- Use evidence-based interventions and monitor outcomes
