Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (in good standing)
• Previous experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg strongly desired
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care within Telemetry and Medical Surgical units
• Continually assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs and responses
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for potential adverse effects
• Communicate care plans and progress to physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families
• Participate actively in implementing and evaluating individualized patient care plans
• Use evidence-based interventions and monitor outcomes
