Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Telemetry, Med Surg, or related nursing unit.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units, ensuring high standards of safety and efficacy.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, responding promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health staff on patient care planning.
• Educate patients and families on ongoing care needs, fostering understanding and compliance.
