Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Corona, CA

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted state RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination/boosters preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-focused care in a telemetry setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, professional nursing care to telemetry patients in line with established protocols
• Continually assess and monitor patient conditions, anticipating potential complications
• Initiate and update care plans based on assessment findings and physician orders
• Effectively communicate and document changes in clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, test results, and evolving symptomatology
• Serve as an educational resource to patients and families regarding ongoing treatment, health status, and recovery processes
• Guide and support allied nursing personnel, maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition or treatment effectiveness
