Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least 1 year of recent Telemetry experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to diverse teams
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients requiring continuous telemetry
- Provide patient-centered care and timely interventions
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment and ongoing care
- Respond rapidly to emergencies and participate in code response as needed
