Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN licensure
- Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry/Step Down or Progressive Care settings
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpretation
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered skills
