Schedule/Hours:

• May include floating to other departments as needed
• On-call duties may be required during scheduled shifts

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current unrestricted RN license
• Experience in Telemetry or a closely related acute care setting
• Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills
• Proficient in patient education, health counseling, and therapeutic interventions
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and electronic documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent nursing functions and execute delegated medical duties following state Board of Nursing standards
• Continually assess and document patient health status and progress
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Provide supportive therapy and treatments directly, and by collaborating with or guiding other staff
• Refer patients for additional evaluation or care as indicated
• Actively participate in reviewing and monitoring therapy plans
• Ensure all documentation aligns with hospital and regulatory policies
• Uphold core values, mission, and service behavior standards
• Adapt to varied departmental needs, including floating within appropriate competencies
