Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position with variable shifts
• Flexibility may be required, including floating between departments within your scope of competency
• Possibility of on-call shifts during scheduled workdays

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent nursing care and oversee delegated medical functions according to best-practice standards
• Conduct ongoing, thorough assessments of patient health status; collect and analyze health data
• Develop and modify care plans based on patient need and evidence-based practices
• Provide direct and indirect health teaching, counseling, supportive therapies, and restorative treatments to patients
• Consult, supervise, or teach as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Refer patients for further evaluation or specialized treatment when necessary
• Review and monitor therapy/treatment plans to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met
• Accurately document all care provided in line with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Foster a values-driven, patient-centered environment, upholding the system’s mission and service standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• At least one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong assessment, clinical, and interdisciplinary communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and relevant medical technologies
• Adaptability to floating between departments as needed
