Qualifications & Skills:

• Current RN license, eligible for practice in Illinois
• Telemetry experience required
• Strong proficiency in cardiac monitoring; comfortable managing patient ratios of 1-5 or 1-6, and occasionally 1-7
• Flexibility to float to medical/surgical, telemetry, and ortho units as needed
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and compassionate nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes
