Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Illinois
• Proficiency in Telemetry nursing with strong clinical assessment skills
• Recent experience in a Tele unit preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to new settings and work efficiently under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, ensuring timely interventions
• Provide high-quality patient assessments, documentation, and compassionate care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge instructions
• Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalate as needed
