Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid for Virginia or compact states
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience (RN – Tele)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, patient assessments, documentation, and medication administration
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms in a telemetry setting
• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
• Document in the EMR accurately and in a timely manner
