Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Recent experience in Telemetry, Med Surg, and Tele nursing settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing clinical environments
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding to changes promptly
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in med surg and telemetry units
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive treatment
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and accurately document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on procedures and continuum of care needs
