Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment includes a variable schedule to support facility needs.

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• Two or more years of recent experience in Telemetry or Med Surg units.
• Proven skills in patient monitoring, telemetry interpretation, and responding to rapid changes in patient condition.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong adaptability, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care across Telemetry and Med Surg units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, manage telemetry leads, and promptly address changes in status.
• Administer medications, execute physician orders, and provide patient education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies.
