Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) - Elon, NC

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in North Carolina or Compact State
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or Tele environments
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency in EMR documentation systems is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in telemetry and med-surg units
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
