Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, and RN-Tele nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Team-oriented and flexible attitude
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care on Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Respond quickly to patient needs and changes in condition
- Educate patients and their families on health management
