Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in Telemetry or RN-Tele units
• Strong cardiac monitoring and patient assessment skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the telemetry floor
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, reporting any changes to physicians promptly
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, documenting outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and home care strategies
