Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry units
• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care needs
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions and care plans
• Diligently document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes
