Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry units
- Provide direct patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care needs
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions and care plans
- Diligently document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes
