Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Tele Float Pool settings
• Current BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination required (Medical/Religious exemptions considered within facility policy)
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float between units as needed
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care in both Med Surg and Telemetry departments as a valued member of the float pool
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, notifying the care team of significant changes
