Schedule & Hours:

• Rotating shifts with options for Days and Nights available

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active RN license with experience in Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Demonstrated competency in caring for patients in fast-paced acute care environments
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered per facility guidelines)
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability for floating between units
• Previous float pool experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care within Med Surg and Telemetry units as assigned
• Conduct accurate assessments, vital sign monitoring, and timely documentation for diverse patient populations
• Administer medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to patient needs or alarms
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt quickly to changing environments
