Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment
• May require floating to other departments as needed
• On-call availability during shifts may be necessary

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent experience in a Telemetry unit
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and IV skills
• Ability to perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions according to the Board of Nursing standards
• Adherence to hospital and regulatory documentation guidelines
• Flexibility to float between departments within scope and competency
• Superb communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical interventions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care
• Collect and assess ongoing health data to formulate and adjust care plans
• Provide health education, counseling, supportive therapies, and restorative treatments
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as necessary
• Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans
• Maintain rigorous, compliant documentation
• Uphold facility mission, values, and service behavior standards
• Adapt to additional duties and float assignments based on facility needs
