What You'll Do:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, other nurses, and specialists to implement effective care plans.
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient status, ensuring consistent monitoring and rapid intervention.
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses clearly and accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding cardiac conditions, treatments, and aftercare.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (State of New York or compact state).
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience; Telemetry experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
