Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients within the Telemetry unit, closely monitoring cardiac and vital signs
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately
• Contribute actively to interdisciplinary care planning, collaborating with physicians and allied staff
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions and utilize critical thinking skills for acute situations
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 1 year’s recent experience in Telemetry or Progressive Care nursing
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
