Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license valid in North Carolina or eligible for compact state privileges
• Previous Telemetry or step-down experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and provide care to patients requiring cardiac telemetry
• Interpret cardiac rhythms, report changes to the healthcare team, and initiate interventions as appropriate
• Administer medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient responses
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions
