- Travel assignment; specific shifts to be discussed during the interview
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (required to be attached to your resume)
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must attach)
- Two to five years of recent LTAC/Telemetry nursing experience in a hospital
- Experience with ventilated/trach patients
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process in accordance with state and facility policies
- Deliver patient care and coordinate the work of assigned personnel on your shift
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately to ensure safe, efficient care
- Demonstrate and maintain clinical competencies, pursuing continuing education
- Anticipate patient needs and plan proactively for the delivery of high-quality care
