Qualifications:

• Active Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (required to be attached to your resume)
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must attach)
• Two to five years of recent LTAC/Telemetry nursing experience in a hospital
• Experience with ventilated/trach patients
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process in accordance with state and facility policies
• Deliver patient care and coordinate the work of assigned personnel on your shift
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately to ensure safe, efficient care
• Demonstrate and maintain clinical competencies, pursuing continuing education
