Responsibilities:
- Provide competent nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
- Float between Medical Surgical and Emergency Department holding as needed.
- Document and maintain accurate electronic medical records using Cerner.
Qualifications:
- Current valid RN license in Indiana.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in Med Surg or Telemetry.
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
- Ability to work night shifts with flexibility for block scheduling.
- Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license; permanent home address required to match ID.
Schedule:
- Night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM.
- No on-call responsibilities.
