Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Adaptability and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient monitoring and specialized care on the Telemetry floor
- Assess cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families about health management and recovery
