Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Greensboro, North Carolina

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Proven experience working in a Telemetry or cardiac monitoring setting
• Strong clinical assessment and interpretation skills for ECG, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible scheduling options, including day and night shifts
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, interpreting rhythm strips and responding quickly to changes in cardiac status
• Administer medications and provide treatments in alignment with physician orders and current standards of care
• Document patient information and clinical interventions accurately within medical records
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Educate patients and their families on cardiac health, medications, and care plans
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive environment, following all protocols and best practices
• Participate actively in ongoing training and continuing education to keep current with advances in cardiac and telemetry nursing
