Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive monitoring and care for adult patients in a telemetry unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to critical changes
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on cardiac care, medications, and follow-up care

Desired Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Telemetry or stepdown unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience interpreting cardiac rhythms preferred
