Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Hanover, New Hampshire

As a Med Surg/Tele Float Pool nurse, you will work within a supportive team environment, delivering high-quality patient care across multiple units. Schedule:

• Rotating shifts
• Both day and night options available

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least one year of recent experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry units
• Demonstrated ability to float between Med Surg and Telemetry as needed
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered per facility guidelines)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with acute medical needs
• Monitor patient status, interpret telemetry, and promptly communicate changes to providers
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing interventions
• Accurately document assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations in the medical record
• Adapt to varying acuity levels and patient populations as you float between units
