Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating shifts

What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license
- Proven experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry settings
- BLS certification required
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Strong adaptability and a positive, collaborative approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care as part of the float pool
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to patient needs
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility guidelines
- Flex between Med Surg and Telemetry units to support staffing and deliver high-quality care
