Schedule/Hours:

• PM shifts available
• 8 hours of paid orientation provided
• Next orientation session set for June

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Strong background in Telemetry and Med Surg nursing
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and critical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient assessment abilities
• Prior experience adapting to new units and policies preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to exceptional care standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor vital signs in Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Assess, plan, and implement customized care plans for each patient
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Interpret cardiac monitoring data and promptly address any changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Clearly document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
