Schedule and Orientation:

• 8 hours of facility orientation
• Next orientation session is in June

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Demonstrated experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical units (Med Surg, RN-Tele, RN – Med Surg, RN – Telemetry)
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Commitment to evidence-based patient care and safety practices
• Effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability in diverse healthcare settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care within designated Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor, assess, and record vital signs and patient progress
• Administer medications and manage IV lines according to protocols
• Respond promptly to patient needs, physician orders, and clinical changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment, post-discharge instructions, and ongoing health needs
• Uphold organizational standards for safety, confidentiality, and compliance
