Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg
• Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and using telemetry equipment
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptability to new environments and patient populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients on Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and promptly communicate changes

• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
