Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment
• Variable shifts based on facility needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in Med Surg and Telemetry units, utilizing your RN background
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac monitoring
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and provide detailed patient education
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and follow protocols for escalation of care

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg (travel experience a plus)
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• BLS/ACLS certifications required
