Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver diligent, patient-centered care within Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units.
- Carefully monitor patient status and respond rapidly to emergent needs in a fast-paced setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and document individualized care plans.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education to support post-care recovery.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and organizational protocols.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med-Surg.
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpreting telemetry strips.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred.
- Adaptability to new hospital systems and teams.
