Qualifications:

• Unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Telemetry
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Continuous cardiac monitoring using advanced Telemetry equipment
• Accurate assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care
• Promptly respond to changes in patient conditions
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Documentation of all nursing actions and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and discharge plans
