Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
- Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize advanced monitoring technology and evidence-based practices to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatments and discharge planning
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med-Surg nursing settings
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and documentation skills
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Adaptability and excellent communication skills
