Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
• Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize advanced monitoring technology and evidence-based practices to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatments and discharge planning

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry and/or Med-Surg nursing settings
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and documentation skills
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
• Adaptability and excellent communication skills
