Required Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in a Telemetry unit
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Proven proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and monitoring
• Ability to rapidly identify and respond to changes in patient status
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Implement physician-ordered care plans and document interventions
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and self-care
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
