Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible travel contracts available
• 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in NC or compact states
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry and Med Surg settings
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS highly preferred)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, focusing on telemetry and med-surg interventions
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and self-care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards
