Registered Nurse - Telemetry | High Point, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• Proficient with cardiac monitoring, interpreting EKG rhythms, and acute patient assessment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary coordination
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data while managing patients with cardiac conditions or requiring continuous cardiac observation
• Perform ongoing, accurate assessments of patient status and respond swiftly to clinical changes
• Administer cardiac medications and interventions in accordance with provider orders
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation within electronic medical records systems
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families regarding care plans and status updates
• Participate in rapid response and code blue situations as needed
• Support a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for all patients

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
