Shift & Schedule

• Day shifts: 3x12-hour (07:00 - 19:30)
• Alternating weekends required
• Schedule follows a 36/48 hour bi-weekly pattern

Qualifications & Experience

• Current RN license (KY or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years recent LTACH nursing experience
• Experience in MS/Tele or ICU settings
• AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certification required
• NIH certification
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Must live at least 75 miles away from Hindman
• Active driver’s license

• Provide skilled telemetry care with a focus on monitoring, assessment, and timely intervention for a 1:4 patient ratio
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain detailed and accurate health records using Meditech EMR
