Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry | Hindman, Kentucky

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Standard scheduling is 36/48 hours per two-week period
• Orientation is bi-weekly

Key Qualifications:

• Active KY or compact RN license
• 2+ years current LTACH experience
• Recent experience in Med-Surg/Tele or ICU; 1:4 nurse-patient ratio
• Proficiency in Meditech EMR
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Must reside 75+ miles from the facility
• Valid driver’s license required
• Blocked scheduling not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to acute and chronically ill patients
• Monitor patient conditions in a fast-paced LTAC environment
• Maintain meticulous records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
