Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in NC or compact state
• Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Proficiency with monitoring cardiac rhythms and providing patient assessments
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced hospital settings

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide direct and individualized patient care in the Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and record cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient documentation
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and treatments
• Respond swiftly to any changes in patient condition
