Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Hyden, Kentucky

This travel nursing role provides a unique opportunity to expand your professional horizons with exposure to varied clinical approaches in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry settings. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Blocked scheduling is not available
• Bi-weekly orientation provided
• Standard 36/48 hour schedule for two-week pay periods

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Kentucky or Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent LTAC experience
• MS/Tele or ICU background desired
• AHA BLS & AHA ACLS certifications required
• NIH certification
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Valid driver’s license
• Assignment confirmation required within 24 hours of offer acceptance

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced LTAC and Telemetry setting
• Monitor patient status and implement care plans using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document using Meditech EMR
• Adapt to regularly alternating patient acuity and staffing ratios
