This is an exceptional chance for travel nurses with a background in Telemetry, Long Term Acute Care, Med-Surg, or ICU to expand their clinical expertise. Schedule:

• Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Every other weekend coverage
• Rotating 36/48 hour bi-weekly schedule

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of current LTACH nursing experience required
• Additional experience in MS/Telemetry or ICU settings preferred
• Active Kentucky or compact RN license
• AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH Stroke certification required
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR a plus
• Must reside at least 75 miles from Hyden, KY
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate patient care in a long-term acute and telemetry setting
• Safely manage a 1:4 patient ratio
• Collaborate with teams to support patient progress and care plans
• Document meticulously using Meditech EMR
• Adhere to established clinical protocols and facility guidelines
